Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at the WE DO Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on health and safety best practices and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for preventing future occurrences.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety legislation and provide guidance to clients on compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their health and safety needs are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 1 year recent and relevant experience in a health and safety role
  • GCSEs in Maths & English (minimum grade C or grade 4)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in the English Language
  • Full and clean driver's licence
