As a key member of our Total Recycling division, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices.
  • Collaborate with the central SHEQ team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
