About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Administrator to join our Corporate Support team at Tiger Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Directors and contribute to the smooth operation of our finance firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transfers
  • Manage and process expenses for the team
  • Provide administrative support, including printing, binding, and updating presentations
  • Support the wider team by covering reception duties and ordering office supplies
  • Assist with ad-hoc project coordination, such as events
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Team Administrator in a Corporate environment
  • Experience booking international travel and working in complex time zones
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail
