Our client is an established Private Equity looking to hire a Team EA to join their team. This will be a busy role that is best suited to someone who can comfortably provide support at an Executive level. You must be an organised, people person who can use your own initiative to get the job done to a high standard.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you will provide support to the team with all administrative duties necessary. As the Team EA, you will need to be flexible as no two days will be the same.
  • Complex diary management
  • Travel coordination – Flights, accommodation, itineraries etc.
  • Create, manage, and file documents appropriately, dealing with confidential information
  • Process expenses for the team
  • Work alongside fellow EA's to provide complete support to the team
WHO YOU ARE

As the Team EA you will need to be a switched-on individual who is easily able to multitask and prioritise their tasks. The ideal candidate will have an acute attention to detail and provide impressive, and efficient support.
  • Experience supporting a Team at a senior level
  • Experience working within finance or a similar environment
  • Exposure to working in a boutique would be great but isn't essential
  • Strong academics, ideally a minimum of A levels
  • Able to complete tasks while working to tight deadlines
  • A bright individual who can use their initiative
  • Great communication skills
