Admissions Support Specialist

Widener University is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admissions Support Specialist to join our team in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run and monitor audit reports to ensure accurate data in our CRM system.
  • Monitor reader review bins in CRM and ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, responding to emails, and providing general support to the systems administrator as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient workflows and consolidate record processes in CRM.
  • Process immigration documentation for international students related to applications and enrollment.
  • Support the Campus Visit Coordinator with phone and visitor welcoming in the Undergraduate Admissions lobby as needed.
  • Provide application support on the front and back end of our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in a clerical or support function role with heavy emphasis on data entry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Experience with data entry, data processing and review of work.
  • Experience in an office environment including answering phones and in-person contact.
