Are you passionate about the art of game creation? Do you enjoy supporting teams from initial concept through to managing live game operations? We are seeking an enthusiastic Intern Producer to collaborate with our production team at Zynga, assisting in various facets of game development.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in your team, aiding in planning and execution to ensure top-notch quality. You will empower your colleagues to deliver exceptional games that meet high standards, remain within budget, and adhere to timelines. Experience a vibrant and engaging culture while being a pivotal contributor to swiftly delivering features to our players.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Execution: Collaborate with design, product management, feature teams, leadership, and partner teams to clarify team objectives, prioritize backlogs, and ensure accountability for these goals within the team. Communication & Leadership: Foster effective communication across disciplines, teams, and individuals through written, verbal, and visual means. This includes transparent progress updates, status reports, risk assessments, and production delivery metrics. You will excel at keeping everyone aligned with plans and adapting to changes as they arise. Release Management: Guarantee high-quality game releases by coordinating with QA, Development, Design, Art, Product, and other teams to ensure that our releases are well-defined, clearly communicated, and meet all quality standards. Process Improvement: Develop the appropriate processes for the team. Collaborate with senior leadership to refine processes based on team feedback and exploration.

Required Skills & Experience

Familiarity with development methodologies such as Agile SCRUM or Kanban. Experience in project status and risk reporting. Proven ability to create order from ambiguity, with excellent prioritization and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills, both in-person and through written channels. Proficient in one-on-one and group communication. Effective collaborator and meeting facilitator. Basic knowledge of planning tools (e.g., Atlassian Jira, Airtable, Smart sheets). A genuine passion for gaming.
