As a Senior Game Producer, you will be pivotal in overseeing one of our premier global mobile gaming titles. Reporting directly to the Executive Producer, you will become an integral part of a diverse and dynamic Live Games business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will encompass:
- Fostering a positive team environment.
- Strategically planning and executing the game roadmap in collaboration with essential stakeholders throughout the game's lifecycle.
- Maintaining a clear understanding of business objectives and deliverables.
- Monitoring daily progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
- Managing a large development team and overseeing a comprehensive project plan.
- Evaluating project performance and collaborating with the team to identify areas for enhancement.
- Recognizing and mitigating risks.
- Reporting to the Leadership Team and ensuring effective communication of progress.
- Promoting best practices, techniques, and standards within the studio.
- Mentoring and developing the production team.

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A proactive and emotionally intelligent leadership style with experience in game delivery involving both internal and external teams.
- Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
- A proven track record of completing projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Experience in game production, particularly in live operations.
- A solid understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Expertise in Jira and Confluence.
- A portfolio of shipped games, with a preference for mobile free-to-play titles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 and Scrum certifications are advantageous.
