Position Overview
You will take on the role of a Senior Game Producer for one of our leading global mobile gaming titles. Reporting directly to the Executive Producer, you will be part of a diverse, dynamic, and established Live Games division.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering a positive team environment.
  • Strategically planning and executing the game development roadmap in collaboration with essential stakeholders throughout the game's lifecycle.
  • Maintaining a clear understanding of business objectives and deliverables.
  • Overseeing daily progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Managing a large team and a comprehensive project plan.
  • Evaluating project performance and working with the team to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Providing updates to the Leadership Team and ensuring effective communication of progress.
  • Promoting best practices, techniques, and standards within the studio.
  • Mentoring and developing the production team.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A proactive and emotionally intelligent leadership style with experience in game delivery involving both internal and external teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of completing projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Experience in game production, particularly in live operations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Expertise in Jira and Confluence.
  • A portfolio of shipped games, with a preference for mobile free-to-play titles.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 and Scrum certifications are advantageous.
