Position Overview

As a Senior Game Producer, you will play a pivotal role in the success of one of our leading global mobile gaming titles. Reporting directly to the Executive Producer, you will be part of a dynamic, culturally diverse, and high-performing Live Games unit.


Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering a positive team environment.
  • Strategically planning and executing the game development roadmap in collaboration with essential stakeholders throughout the game's lifecycle.
  • Understanding and prioritizing business objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitoring daily progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Overseeing a large development team and managing a comprehensive project plan.
  • Evaluating project performance and collaborating with the team to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks effectively.
  • Communicating progress to the Leadership Team through appropriate channels.
  • Promoting best practices, techniques, and standards within the studio.
  • Mentoring and developing the production team.

What We Seek

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A proactive and emotionally intelligent leadership style with a proven track record in game delivery involving both internal and external teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
  • A history of successfully completing projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Experience in game production, particularly in live operations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Expertise in using Jira and Confluence.
  • A portfolio of released games, especially in mobile free-to-play formats.
  • Preferred certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2, or Scrum.
