Job Overview
As a Senior Support Worker at Voyage Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while developing your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.57
• Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)
• Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply)
• Wagestream – giving you the flexibility to draw up to 50% of your earned wages

Working Arrangements
• Monday - Sunday day shifts and also nights when required
