Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Trowbridge. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, while also contributing to the management and supervision of our supported living service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals to gain independence in their daily lives
  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality care and support
