About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our residential service in Trowbridge. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading our team and providing exceptional support to individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
  • Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Support the Manager with supervision, medication management, and financial support for individuals.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and achieve goals.
