Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd in Trowbridge. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care and support to service users
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.57
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour
  • Wagestream - gain access to your wages as you earn them

Working Hours:

Monday - Sunday 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, and alternative weekends. We require flexibility and a willingness to work nights when required.
