Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Trowbridge. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, while also contributing to the success of our residential service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks and activities to promote independence and well-being
  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and leadership of the team
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment
