About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd in Trowbridge. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, while also contributing to the management and supervision of our supported living service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors to gain independence in their daily lives.
  • Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service, including allocating shifts, booking training, and inducting new colleagues.
  • Ensure the individuals we support receive the necessary support to manage their finances and medication.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
  • A Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
