About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Trowbridge. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, while also contributing to the management and supervision of our supported living service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, and supporting with supervision. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as medication management and financial support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex needs
  • Contribute to the management and supervision of the supported living service
  • Allocate shifts and book training for colleagues
  • Induct new colleagues and provide ongoing support and supervision
  • Assist with medication management and financial support

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support. You will also need to be able to work flexibly and be willing to participate in on-call shifts.
