The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Divisional Manager to lead our thriving Hospitality Temps team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and enjoys leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support a successful and established team of recruitment consultants.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and place top talent within the hospitality industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Manage and oversee the performance of the team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Gillespie People Solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

While experience in the hospitality sector is desirable, we value talent and ability above all else. This role could be a perfect fit for:

  • A strong Senior Consultant in a related temporary market seeking a step up.
  • An experienced Hospitality Permanent Senior Consultant (or Team Leader) looking to expand their experience and build a permanent market alongside their existing temporary presence.
