**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our central HR leadership team. As a key member of our Regional Leadership team, you will lead people operations across a diverse portfolio of hotels in the UK. You will work closely with senior leaders to build robust relationships and make commercially focused, people-centric decisions that drive value for our employees, guests, and owners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a people strategy that maximizes profitability by unlocking potential and driving a performance-led culture.
- Form strong relationships with key owners and stakeholders, ensuring commercially focused, people-centric decisions.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with UK employment law and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislation.
**Requirements**
- Significant experience in people operations across multiple sites, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Credible voice at the leadership table, skilled in partnering senior leaders.
- Passionate about promoting a positive and diverse culture across the business.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and ability to interpret and understand the impact of HR policy, procedures, and legislation.
