Job Title: Academy HR Director

Join V Group Limited as a key member of our HR team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented HR leader to provide professional support and direction to our management team and employees. As an Academy HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop line managers to enhance their competency and capability in managing and motivating their teams.
  • Lead employee relations, including organization change and development, performance management, discipline, and grievance.
  • Create and sustain effective working relationships with key partners, both internally and externally.
  • Develop and execute HR policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of HR 'back office' functions.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to Group Policies and Procedures and relevant employment legislation.
Requirements:
  • HR generalist with a breadth of exposure across HR functional specialisms – ER/IR, Recruitment, Rewards, HR operations.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of HR policy, Employment Law, TUPE, and Employee Relations.
  • Highly experienced, talented commercial HR leader with a sharp intellect, a commitment to delivering results, and effective communication and influencing skills.
Desirable:
  • IT literate and highly proficient in use of Microsoft products.
