As a leading institution in Executive Education, we are dedicated to enabling professionals to unlock their leadership potential and advance their careers. In line with our ambitious growth objectives, we are in search of a proactive Programme Sales Manager to spearhead our Programme Sales Team and drive our revenue goals. This role is crucial in enhancing the performance of our Executive Education Open Programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and cultivate a team of Programme Consultants, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and effective prioritization of leads.
  • Discover new sales avenues and contribute to the strategic planning and goal-setting for Programme Sales.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with individual executives, corporate partners, and significant external stakeholders.
  • Utilize sector-specific insights to guide clients towards the most fitting programmes and solutions.
  • Examine recruitment analytics to identify patterns and communicate findings to the Associate Director of Programme Sales.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history in a client-facing capacity, demonstrating the ability to forge and manage relationships with executives and key external stakeholders throughout the entire sales process. Experience in leading teams within a consultative sales or business development context is essential, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders. A robust understanding of sales and marketing principles, coupled with a proven ability to meet targets, is crucial.
