Candidate Profile:

We seek a seasoned Campaign Marketing Manager to collaborate with the Head of Marketing on our distinguished portfolio of retail events and the REVEAL digital platform. A passion for events and retail is essential, alongside the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carefully design and implement a variety of engaging marketing campaigns that prioritize customer needs and are driven by data, in partnership with the Head of Marketing.
  • Establish, assess, and report on the effectiveness of all campaign initiatives, owning key performance indicators.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed within budget constraints, providing precise forecasts and contributing to the budget planning process while maximizing return on investment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing operations team to conduct comprehensive data audits and gap analyses, shaping the data acquisition strategy for each campaign.
  • Craft compelling copy and proofread promotional materials, adapting the tone of voice to suit various target personas.
  • Stay updated on data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Introduce innovative technologies and tools that cater to customer needs, creating tailored marketing campaigns for distinct customer segments.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop campaigns that support their commercial objectives and maintain conversion rates from marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and marketing insights, sharing knowledge with the team and management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in executing targeted promotional campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of best practices across various promotional channels, including email, social media, paid media, and websites.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Highly proactive, with a strong drive to achieve objectives and goals.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Extensive experience in planning and executing campaigns aimed at driving growth.
  • Familiarity with current marketing technologies to enhance lead generation and customer service.
  • Proficient in managing complex databases and segmentation strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to boost lead generation and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (Pardot, PowerBI, and Salesforce preferred).
  • General understanding of GDPR regulations, including preference centers and privacy policies.
  • Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and authenticity.
  • Results-oriented, with a proven track record of success measured by key metrics.
