Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Compliance Manager to join our team at Smartsearch Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our mixed fleet, including HGVs, truck loader cranes, waste management tankers, and drivers within the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with depot's throughout the region to ensure vehicles are maintained in line with the Operator Licence undertakings and supplier agreements, minimizing operational impact.
  • Complete weekly compliance and KPI reports, highlighting performance trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Take charge of day-to-day planning and management of the region and trusted haulage partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar Transport Compliance Manager role.
  • Up-to-date Transport Manager CPC.
