Administrative Support for AHP Rehabilitation Services

Position Overview
The role involves delivering proficient and effective administrative and secretarial assistance to the Allied Health Professional Enhanced Rehabilitation Service.
Language Requirements
Proficiency in Welsh is preferred for this position; however, applications from both English and Welsh speakers are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include:
- Coordinating meetings and managing schedules
- Documenting meeting minutes
- Composing letters and reports
- Inputting data related to staff and patients
Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability are essential traits for this role, along with strong organizational skills. A courteous telephone demeanor and effective communication abilities are crucial. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel, is required. The candidate should be a collaborative team member and uphold confidentiality at all times.
Due to the nature of the responsibilities, the individual in this position must maintain strict confidentiality and interact with patients, family members, medical personnel, and colleagues with respect and discretion, both verbally and in writing.
