We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to provide administrative support to our Enhanced Rehabilitation Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the diary, typing minutes of meetings, and inputting staff and patient data.
Main Responsibilities
- Arrange meetings and manage the diary
- Typing minutes of meetings and reports
- Inputting staff and patient data
Requirements
- Good general education
- NVQ 3 or equivalent experience in a similar role
- ECDL or equivalent IT knowledge
Desirable Qualifications
- RSA/OCR Level 3 or equivalent in Word Processing
- NVQ in relevant subject
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Computer literate with experience of Word and Excel
