Administrative Support Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to provide administrative support to our Enhanced Rehabilitation Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging meetings, managing the diary, typing minutes of meetings, and inputting staff and patient data.
Main Responsibilities
- Arrange meetings and manage the diary
- Typing minutes of meetings and reports
- Inputting staff and patient data
- Providing administrative support to the team
Requirements
- Good general education
- NVQ 3 or equivalent experience in a similar role
- ECDL or equivalent IT knowledge
Desirable Qualifications
- RSA/OCR Level 3 or equivalent in Word Processing
- NVQ in a relevant subject
