About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled administrative support officer to join our Enhanced Rehabilitation Services team. The successful candidate will provide professional and effective administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role will include arranging meetings, managing the team's diary, typing minutes of meetings, and inputting staff and patient data. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and adaptable, with excellent organizational skills and a pleasant telephone manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant experience working as a personal or team secretary, with a good understanding of office procedures and deadlines. You will also need to be computer literate, with experience of Word and Excel, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Desirable Skills

It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have previous patient/customer service experience and a good understanding of the NHS. Additionally, the ability to speak Welsh would be an asset, but is not essential.
