About the Role

As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will play a key part in partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks, assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices, collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication, and delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.

What You Bring

We are looking for individuals with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team, keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. No prior experience is needed, as we will provide all the training you need.

Assignment Details

This is a full-time role with a 37.5 hour working week. The working pattern is a 10-week rotation, covering 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The majority of shifts are between 5pm and 1am. You will receive 1 day of online training and induction.
