Marketplace Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team at PASSNFLY. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions through platforms like Facebook (Meta) and Google (Performance Max for Marketplace).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design and manage ad campaigns that resonate with target audiences, leveraging your creativity and strategic thinking to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Content Creation: Develop eye-catching content and visuals that tell our brand's story and connect with potential buyers, showcasing your passion for innovative marketing and storytelling.
  • Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with a team of creatives and strategists to brainstorm, collaborate, and refine marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and use data creatively to refine and enhance marketing efforts, staying on the cutting edge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Marketplace Optimization: Strong understanding of marketplace optimization and expansion, with experience in designing and managing ad campaigns that stand out on Facebook (Meta) and Google (Performance Max for Marketplace).
  • Creative Mindset: A creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing and storytelling, with a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Advertisement, or a related creative field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to brainstorm, collaborate, and work harmoniously with a team of creatives and strategists.
  • E-commerce Experience: Familiarity with e-commerce and dropshipping platforms is a bonus, but not required.
