Key Responsibilities:- Amazon Store Management: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our presence on the Amazon marketplace.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and maximize revenue on the Amazon platform.
- Inventory and Fulfilment: Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to maintain adequate stock levels on Amazon, and optimize fulfilment processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Marketing and Advertising: Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and drive traffic, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and capitalize on seasonal trends.
- Data Analysis: Utilise analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights, and regularly report on Amazon sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay informed about Amazon policies and ensure compliance with all marketplace rules and regulations, and work closely with relevant teams to address and resolve any issues related to policy violations.
- Proven experience managing an Amazon marketplace for consumer goods.
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or/and Amazon Seller Central.
- In-depth knowledge of product listing optimization and advertising features.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Amazon's advertising platforms (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
- Knowledge of Amazon's A9 algorithm and SEO best practices.
- Experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Helium 10, Stackline, Camel Camel Camel).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
