Job Title: Team Leader - Children's Homes

Service: Residential Children's Care for Young People

Service Users: Young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs

  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
  • Fluent in English
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent

Experience in a similar role is preferred, i.e., roles where you work directly with vulnerable, young adults or children who may have suffered trauma. You should also like the outdoors and doing outdoor pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take care of the day-to-day needs of young people in the residential homes.
  • Provide leadership to inspire colleagues and build relationships with young people.
  • Ensure smooth operations of the home.
