**Service:** Residential Children's Care for Young People

**Service Users:** Young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs

  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
  • Fluent in English
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Team Leader for our Children's Home. This role involves providing day-to-day care for young people, ensuring smooth operations of the home, and providing leadership and support to the staff team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take care of the day-to-day needs of young people in the residential homes
  • Provide leadership to inspire colleagues and build relationships with young people
