- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate applications and interview notes.
- Handle all recruitment-related correspondence, ensuring that all communication is professional and timely.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and confidentiality standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, as required.
- A strong administrative background, with experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- An understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
- A commitment to upholding confidentiality and data protection standards.
- An estimated hourly salary range of £12 - £13 per hour.
