Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team in the recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Assist with the creation of job descriptions, ensuring that they accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate applications and interview notes.
  • Handle all recruitment-related correspondence, ensuring that all communication is professional and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, as required.
Requirements
  • A strong administrative background, with experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • An understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
