About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Attraction and Recruitment Assistant. This exciting opportunity will involve coordinating the administration processes for bulk recruitment campaigns, responding to candidate queries, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the administration processes for bulk recruitment campaigns, including the initial advert to hiring on SAP and on-boarding.
- Respond to candidate queries via telephone, email, and face-to-face, providing advice and guidance to provide a quality candidate experience.
- Assess candidates against set criteria at relevant recruitment stages and proceed and reject them accordingly.
- Access and maintain recruitment records in relation to selection processes in line with procedures.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes, procedures, and work instructions in line with organisational priorities, best practice, and legislation.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Administration experience
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
- CIPD is desired but is not essential for the role
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills are essential, and it is desirable to have experience in using SAP HR
