About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Attraction and Recruitment Assistant. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the administration of recruitment campaigns, from initial advert to hiring and onboarding
  • Arrange and allocate recruitment appointments, including interviews and pre-employment checks
  • Respond to candidate queries via phone, email, and face-to-face, providing advice and guidance to deliver a quality candidate experience
  • Assess candidates against set criteria at relevant recruitment stages and proceed accordingly
  • Access and maintain recruitment records in line with procedures
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes, procedures, and work instructions in line with organizational priorities, best practice, and legislation

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Administration experience
  • Good level of literacy and numeracy
  • CIPD desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills essential, experience in using SAP HR desirable
