About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Full-Time Carer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, personal care, and mobility.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Working Arrangements
  • 37.5 hours per week, worked over a two-week rolling rota.
  • Weekend working required, with a focus on providing consistent care and support.

Our dedicated Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator works alongside the care team to help residents set and achieve realistic goals, and have fun doing it.
