We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Full-Time Carer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Assist residents with daily activities, personal care, and mobility.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of residents, ensuring their care plans are tailored to their individual requirements.
- Two-week rolling rota, with 37.5 hours per week.
- Weekend working required, with a focus on providing consistent care and support.

We are an independent care home, dedicated to providing person-centered care and support to adults with learning disabilities. Our care plans are designed to promote independence, social inclusion, and overall well-being. We offer a range of activities and therapies to help residents develop their life skills and interests. Our Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator works closely with the care team to ensure residents set and achieve realistic goals, and have fun doing it.
