About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Full-Time Carer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, personal care, and mobility.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training and support will be provided.
  • A passion for enhancing the lives of others and a positive, empathetic attitude.
Working Arrangements
  • Two-week rolling rota, with 37.5 hours per week.
  • Weekend working required, with a relaxed dress code and no uniforms.
