About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Hallandhouse, an independent care home providing person-centered care to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and social inclusion.
  • Assist residents with daily activities and personal care, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment, promoting a sense of community and belonging among residents.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Working Arrangements:

  • 37.5 hours per week, with a two-week rolling rota.
  • Weekend working required, with a focus on providing consistent care and support.
