Patient Advocate Coordinator

This is a critical position within Mountain Healthcare Ltd, responsible for coordinating the smooth operation of our Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs). As the SARC Manager, you will be the advocate for patients who attend our centres, empowering them to feel in control and supporting them during the forensic examination process.
The role requires a compassionate and innovative individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the SARC, including managing staff, resources, and services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the daily operations of the SARC, ensuring seamless delivery of services
- Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
