We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Crisis Worker and Administrator at our Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) in Bicester. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of victims of sexual assault and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dedicated support and care to service users, acting as their advocate and empowering them to feel in control. This will involve preparing patients for forensic examinations, assisting with the collection of evidence, and ensuring a high standard of DNA contamination is maintained.
As a key member of our SARC team, you will also be responsible for administration duties, including IT skills and experience working in a customer-focused environment. You will be required to maintain confidentiality and have a kind, caring nature.
This is a 36-hour per week role, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as an out of hours Crisis Worker. A UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dedicated support and care to service users
