About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B prison with an operational capacity of around 1,100 male inmates. This role is focused on enhancing the patient experience by ensuring their medical needs are met and their concerns are addressed effectively.

As a key member of the healthcare team, you will play a vital role in shaping patient care and fostering a positive environment within the prison setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating open communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of initiatives that improve patient satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
Hours: This role is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required. Compensation: This full-time position offers an annual salary up to £26,400, commensurate with experience.
