Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Acosta Europe. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the HoReCa sector, building strong relationships with independent business owners, and driving sales growth through the placement of vending machines and other business development solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HoReCa sector, including independent and regional businesses within clubs, pubs, and cocktail bars.
- Build strong relationships with independent business owners, understanding their needs and preferences, and presenting the benefits of our products and services.
- Drive sales growth through the placement of vending machines and other business development solutions, working closely with our internal team to achieve set targets.
- Manage a defined territory, visiting sites regularly to build relationships and encourage growth.
- Accurately report the outcome of each visit via a provided smart device, enabling a full database of prospects to be built.
- Provide regular feedback, including recommendations and new innovations, to support business growth and development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a territory-based role and within the HoReCa sector.
- Ability to clearly communicate product benefits to a variety of business owners.
- Strong sales background and a natural ability in relationship building, underpinned with the drive to succeed.
- Previous experience in data capture via smart devices or comparable knowledge.
- Ability to build rapport with independent business owners and utilize strong influencing skills.
- A full, (preferably clean) UK drivers' license will be required.
