About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Secretary to join our team at Lidl GB. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage repair orders and schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare reports, executive summaries, and other administrative documents
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan maintenance tasks
  • Proactively manage diaries, events, meetings, and agendas
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements

  • Proven secretarial/admin experience, preferably in the property sector
  • Excellent typing skills with strong Word and Excel knowledge
  • Excellent written and spoken English, as well as strong numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and confidence in communication
