Job Summary

Lloyds British, a leading provider of lifting and equipment inspection services in the UK, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CSC Coordinator to provide administrative support to the manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning and organizing engineer jobs in line with internal and external customer needs, ensuring service excellence and agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize engineer jobs to meet internal and external customer needs
  • Support the management team with a proactive approach to increase utilization within designated areas
  • Utilize strong administration skills to deal with a varied workload and consistently meet timeframes
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the delivery of the company's ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills gained within a customer service environment
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative/customer service role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and able to handle sensitive information discreetly
