Quality Assurance Project Leader

Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Project Leader to enhance team accountability, ensuring that every member contributes to the Excellence of Customer Experience, Quality, Reliability, and Safety initiatives. You will oversee the Issue to Prevention actions prioritized by the League and propose manufacturing stops or derogations as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements for your team, translating Quality and Customer Experience (CX) needs into Critical to Quality (CTQ) metrics to fulfill customer commitments.
  • Act as a mentor and quality authority, participating in defining the criteria for completion to meet Customer commitments.
  • Ensure risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated effectively:
    • Assist the Product Owner in capturing Customer needs to inform the Application & Mission Profile (e.g., Application FMEA).
    • Support Design & Industrialization efforts to achieve Robustness & Reliability objectives (e.g., Design FMEA, Process FMEA, PPEP plan, PQCS, PQCP, Risk Priority Number scoring, Verification & Validation definitions).
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives (Issue to Prevention) through effective Root Cause Analysis, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are prioritized in backlogs.
  • Oversee the implementation of Directives related to End-to-End Quality Product (e.g., DirQ32).
  • Collaborate with the Chapter Leader to foster team accountability for Quality & Customer Experience excellence.
  • Work within an Agile framework, ensuring an autonomous, empowered, and dedicated team focused on CS&Q key activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Software development or testing to comprehend constraints in the embedded environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality methodologies (FMEAs, risk analysis, 8D, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis).
  • Familiarity with the Voice of Customer, Persona definition, and Customer Journey Mapping techniques.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influence capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
