Renal Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at Diaverum. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our renal care services.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide tailored support to ensure optimal care outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and treatment outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in renal care and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.

- Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in 2024.
