Renal Nurse

Diaverum is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at our Thamesmead clinic. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient-centred care to individuals requiring dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems
- Review pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients
- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in 2024
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care
- Excellent English communication skills
- Competitive salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience plus location allowance of £2,540 pa
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours
