  • Accurately allocate customer payments in a timely manner.
  • Support the credit control team in addressing customer inquiries.
  • Process purchase invoices efficiently.
  • Handle supplier inquiries with professionalism.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and assist the broader office team as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a finance team is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales and purchase ledgers is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Essential cash handling experience.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
