Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Administrator to join our team at Parkwood Holdings Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Key Accounts and Key Account managers, ensuring the effective management of commercial clients and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Oversee the management of commercial clients, including managing agents and retail accounts, to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring deadlines are met and providing administrative support to the Head of Key Accounts and Key Account managers.
  • Helpdesk Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, adhering to prescribed KPIs.
  • Sales Pipeline Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Quote Management: Ensure all quotes are processed promptly and efficiently.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management: Develop and maintain SLAs for each client, ensuring they are reviewed and updated regularly.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify potential opportunities for clients and report them to the sales team.
  • Urgent Works Reporting: Monitor and report urgent works to clients, including fly-tipping, potholes, and graffiti.
  • New Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the growth of existing clients.
  • Finance and Month-end Reporting: Assist with finance tasks, including sales invoicing, job tracking, and bad debt reduction.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
