Finance Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at Dalziel Limited. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, you will be responsible for executing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparation of daily banking transactions, including BACS, cheques, and cash
- Ensure accurate allocation of all customer receipts and payments
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Collaborate with the finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts administration
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
